1. For­give, and release your­self from the hurt and remove demonic influ­ence of intru­sive thought.
2. Refuse to for­give or can­not, and be for­ever trapped in a prison of your own intru­sive thoughts = disease.

Intru­sive thoughts are unwel­come thoughts or flash­backs that repeat­edly find their way into a person’s think­ing. Did you know not all your thoughts are your own but pro­jected intru­sive thoughts from demons.  They are a result of past emo­tional trauma or abuse and held together through unfor­give­ness.  Intru­sive thoughts can cause a great deal of emo­tional, men­tal, and phys­i­cal stress and sick­ness and dis­ease mind body spirit.  Not only that…
