The Distortions in the Law of Love
It is these distortions in our relationships in the area of the Law of Love that causes the physical illnesses we suffer.
Disease is the consequences of violating the law of love.
Unfortunately, we use remedies of science to try to bypass the natural consequences of our sins (the curse) by managing our symptoms, we should use the findings of science to take us back to God in repentance so we may be healed and in in health! When we use remedies or other modalities it becomes idolatry.
God made us triune body, soul and spirit. The original / Sanctified condition when loved properly is Love, Righteousness and Honor. Looking at the law of love:
The opposite of love = Spirit of Fear
The opposite of righteousness = Spirit of Guilt
The opposite of honor = Spirit of Shame
The fallen condition is not walking in the spirit but walking in the flesh when the law of love been violated.
The Fruit of fear = unlovingness, sadness and conflict.
Guilt is interpreted that something is wrong with us driving us to rebellion. Many times it comes when you were a child and were unable to please your parents. Guilt’s fruit = impatience, lack of generosity (cruelty) and unkindness (dysfunctional)
Shamefulness, lack of self-worth, drives us to compare ourselves to others, envy and jealousy, developing pride. Fruit of Shame = Unfaithfulness, Self-indulgence (addictions), harshness (Striving).
Idolatry, rebellion and pride is the consequences of fear, guilt and shame. Using other modalities to find relief and bypassing the curse.
All this leads to sickness and disease. It is the opposite of the fruit of the spirit. It is walking in the flesh instead of the spirit of love. Fruit of the spirit is linked to love.
There is a connection tot he mind body and spirit through psycho-neuro-immuno-endocrinology.
Were you not loved properly and suffer from disease? Separation brings disease to your body.
When you have been healed, you can trust, submit and humble yourself. Also your body begins to heal since the body is back in peace and not in stress.
