A wounded spirit or Broken Heart is one that is hurting. A person who suffers from broken heart lives in the inner misery that regularly focuses on his injuries or pain cannot receive the cleansing.
The Hebrew word translated broken is a strong word. It means “wrecked, shattered, even crippled or maimed.” The Hebrew word for wounded is “to profane (to profane oneself, defile oneself, pollute oneself a) ritually b) sexually), defile, pollute, desecrate: 1) to violate the honor of, dishonor; 2) to break (a covenant), 4) to treat as ordinary.

- Negative expectations and dreams broken & bitter root judgment
- inner vows and judgments
- chronic personal sins
- Spiritual, emotional and physical abuse yourself or witnessing including sexual abuse
- Unexpected losses (jobs, homes, family members, etc.)
- Natural disasters

Grief and the Immune System
People with a broken heart syndrome suffer sudden chest pain, have a surge of stress hormones, have heart palpitations, etc. Grief can make you sick and effect your health like your heart.
A broken heart and grief weaken the immune system, so you are at risk for colds and flu. Your body’s system is down not recovering from issues of life.
When you are grief in a state of brokenness, we feel like our very bones are drying out. The immune system is in the bones.

Jesus healed all kinds of diseases and demonic oppression:
- possessed by devils
- feeble or paralyzed
- ill with various diseases
- tormented mentally
- oppressed by the devil

Isaiah 53:3-5 “3He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

Jesus can relate to your life issues and abuse. He came to earth to set you free from all matters of life either emotionally, physically spiritually, etc.
Many different kinds of situations can would our soul and spirit. Some of these are the death of a loved one, divorce, abortion, sexual, emotional & physical abuse, occult & satanic ritual abuse. Others have suffered from violence, war, terror, abandonment, lack of love, emotional deprivation, illness, childlessness, disability, poverty, accidents, personal failures, dysfunctional families, rigid rules, etc.
How to Heal A Broken Heart
Healing Broken Heart from Traumatic events and experiences leave negative, painful images in our mind. Not only that, but negative and ungodly beliefs and lies are developed in how you view God, how you see yourself, etc. such as feelings of rejection and insecurities or not being good enough for God.
A touch of God Healing and Deliverance can set you free from emotional pain, bad memories and thoughts and also bring about healing to your body, soul, and spirit.
