Personal Ministry Refund
A cancelled appointment hurts three people: you, your minister, and another client who could have potentially used your time slot. Ministry sessions are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for our clients.
My cancellation policy is this: Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.
Without a cancellation fee policy in place, your minister will lose money or the opportunity to schedule another client if you late cancel or do not show up.
Our cancellation policy is this: Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, if they provide 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up, you will not get their monies back for the fee for the appointment.
Our cancellation policy in not a penalty or a punishment. Most clients understand this. Very rarely, there will be a client who will feel that he or she is being punished. We want to make sure that you don’t feel this way, if someday you miss an appointment.
The only time we will waive this fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness or extreme weather or other unavoidable circumstance. If you are unsure, please contact your minister for further guidance.
Please understand that ministry should be viewed as any other important medical appointment would be viewed. This cancellation policy is important for our ministerial practice plus, the time we have taken to review your paperwork.
Clients who are unsure if they can commit to the ministry appointments scheduled for them should seek services elsewhere. Thank you!
Refund Policy on Books
All books are PDF format and are sold as downloads. None are mailed out as hard copies.
There will be no refund on any of the PDF format electronic books.
Online Video School Refund
When you purchased the classes, you immediately got the passwords that I do not change except two times a year. Because of that, no refund for the video online classes.
Community Support Group Recurring Payment Refund
If you join the community, you can get refunded 50 percent within the first 15 days because of administrative cost setting you up on the vault. Otherwise, since it is recurring, you can cancel your subscription but no refund for previous months. Thank you!
