Many adults and teenagers battle with acne.  Some believe it has to do with diet but most of the time it is not the case.  Certain foods do not help when the body is imbalanced.

Spiritual Roots of Disease

The problem many times is hormone imbalance causing adolescent acne.  Is there a cause and effect causing the hormone imbalance?  Yes.

Teenagers deal with a lot of stress such as trying to fit in, finding themselves, who to date, plus their future, etc.  Stress is a spirit of fear and the bible stays not to fear not.  Also, another spiritual root is fear of rejection by others or peers.  All teenagers want to fit and and be accepted.  Not only that but want to fit in and always comparing themselves to others.  Learn how to overcome adolescent acne.

Adults stress is more around worry about bills, marriages, jobs, financial stress, etc.  There are many good acne products for teenagers and adults but God is our source for healing adolescent acne.

All the above, causes of teenage acne hormone imbalance, and pores plug up and trap the oil inside.  Bacteria grow in the trapped oil, causing the production of irritating chemicals causing adolescent acne. Not only that teenage acne scars.

How do you deal with Hormone Imbalance causing adolescent acne?  The answer is going back to peace.  My favorite scripture is 1 Peter 5:7 “cast your cares to the Lord because He cares.”  The other issue is giving it to God, your worries, anxiety and stress and leave it with Him, that is spiritual warfare or as Joyce Meyers says “the Mind is a Battlefield”.

How to Overcome Adolescent Acne – Ministry Deliverance Prayer:

Teenage acne prevention

Father God, I thank you that you love me so much and accept me for who I am and that you meet me emotionally and fill me with your love.  Help me to receive your love and be satisfied.

Father God, forgive me for the sin of stress, anxiety and worry and not being a doer of the word.  Also forgive me for having fear of man, fear of failure and fear of rejection.  If they reject me they are rejecting you and not me.  I need to see that they are missing out knowing me.  Help me to be satisfied in who I am.

Father God, I bind the spirits of fear, anxiety, worry, stress fear of rejection, fear of man, fear of failure, I command and cast out these spirits listed to go to dry places.

Father God, I call my body to attention and command all fear affecting the central nervous system to go back to peace.  I stand on your word 1 John 4:18 “perfect love cast out fear…”

I speak to my body again and call forth healing and normalizing the hormone to go back to balance

I speak to my body and command all chemical imbalances to go back to balance especially cortisol.

I speak to my body and command all clogged pores to open up and start functioning properly in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

I speak to my body and command all glands to secrete properly and go back to balance.

I speak to my body and command all acne to clear up quickly in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Father God, help me to love me as you love me and be content with who I am and start loving who I am and stop comparing myself to others but see my uniqueness in you.  Father God, you are my creator and help me and forgive me for not loving who I am spiritually as well as in the physical.  Amen.
