Signs and Symptoms of Stress Operating In Your Life
First, I want to say that stress, worry, and anxiety are a spirit of fear. Knowing the signs and symptoms of fear can be helpful to address phobias, anxieties, and stress early before your health is affected.
Below is a list of ways that can trigger anxiety attacks. Go through these questions and see if this is your case of an issue for anxiety and panic attacks?
- You are tired of that Self-critical, self-condemnation, self-accusation voice when things go wrong and cannot stop the inner voice telling you that you are a failure.
- Hard time making decisions because of self-doubt and lack of confidence in making the wrong decisions at home or work.
- Fear of going to meetings because of fear they were going to say something you did wrong.
- Stressed and anxious every night and morning before work believing everyone would see through you as a fraud.
- You never felt good enough or smart enough, and you would beat yourself up analyzing everything you said or did because of a lack of self-confidence.
- You suffer from self-doubt that makes it hard to make decisions on anything because of a lack of self-confidence and self-questioning.
- Because of fear of failure, you have a hard time either starting or finishing projects at home or in the office.
- You worry about what other people think about you and try to live up to everyone’s expectations, and you are exhausted. No matter how hard you try, people still get upset with you.
- Because of your anxiety keeping you up at night, you are on medication that when you do wake up in the morning, you are groggy and unable to kick in.
- Your body is taking a toll because of your anxiety and stress. You suffer from anxiety like indigestion, tension headaches, muscle aches, fatigue, insomnia, anxiety and panic attacks, and stress hives.
- Your anxiety causes you to isolate yourself from relationships, and your friends don’t understand you. You feel lonely and sad.
- Feel the pressure at work, always working late or bringing work home, and missing out on your family.

Why Signs and Symptoms of Fear in your Life:
Manifestations of the Spirit of Fear are because of worry, anxiety, or stress operating in your life. Worry, anxiety, and stress are all a form of a spirit of fear.
If you have 3 to 5 of these systems, there is a Spirit of Fear operating. A spirit of fear is stress, anxiety, worry, etc. Do you worry over bills, jobs, children, husband, etc.? Fear destroys the body’s immune system because of a stress hormone called cortisol.
